RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — M365 Access Audit

Seller: SOFTRONIC sp. z o.o., ul. J. H. Dąbrowskiego 79A, 60-529 Poznań, Poland, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 9721065862.

Subject of sale: license for M365 Access Audit software (digital content / digital service), delivered electronically (license key + installation file).

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMERS AND SOLE TRADERS WITH CONSUMER RIGHTS)
A consumer, as well as a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity where the contract is not of a professional nature for that person, may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of its conclusion, without giving any reason, by submitting a withdrawal statement to kontakt@arvetio.com.

2. LOSS OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DIGITAL CONTENT)
Pursuant to Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply where performance of the contract (delivery of digital content — the license key / software download) has commenced with the buyer’s express prior consent and after the buyer has been informed that they will lose their right of withdrawal.

By placing an order and accepting these terms and conditions, the buyer gives such consent and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal as soon as the key/file is made available.

3. B2B SALES (BUSINESS CUSTOMERS)
For sales to business customers (orders placed with a Tax Identification Number (NIP) where the purchase is of a professional nature), the statutory right of withdrawal from a distance contract does NOT apply.

4. REFUNDS AND COMPLAINTS
If the withdrawal is effective (Section 1 and none of the circumstances described in Section 2 apply), the payment will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method.

Complaints concerning the operation of the software are processed within 14 days — submissions should be sent to kontakt@arvetio.com. As a first step, we provide support and remedy the defect; a refund will be provided where the defect is material and cannot be remedied.
